BASICS OF USING UUCARGO
To use UUCargo, start by registering for an account on our website. Each user must create a unique username and password which must not be shared with third parties. UUCargo will provide you with the best-discounted rates from the top carriers. The UUCargo shipping platform allows users to print shipping labels, track shipments, schedule pickups, and utilize customs brokerage services to enhance the overall shipping experience and make the entire process less time-consuming.
UUCargo acts as an intermediary between you and the selected carrier. UUCargo does not directly transport or deliver shipments, and UUCargo is not a party to any contract you establish with a carrier for the pickup, transportation, or delivery of your shipments.
You may only utilize the services provided by UUCargo for your own personal and internal use, strictly adhering to all applicable laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided for shipping or ordering carrier services is accurate and complete. If your use of the services violates any laws, you are not authorized to access or use them. We cannot be held liable for any unlawful use of the services.
You are prohibited from sharing your account or password with others, and it is your duty to safeguard the security of your account and password. Any activity associated with your account is your sole responsibility.

PRICING DISCLOSURE
UUCargo offers a variety of services, and if applicable, your monthly or annual service fee will be determined based on the specific service you choose and agree to. Additionally, you are responsible for all variable and transactional costs associated with using the service. These costs may include postage, fees for carrier services, package insurance, third-party service provider costs, transaction fees imposed directly by UUCargo for shipping or other services, and any additional special services in addition to your applicable service fee. The total shipping fees provided may include fees from third-party carriers and fees charged directly by UUCargo. Rates for services will be based on the rates available for your account, which may be subject to updates at UUCargo’s discretion. UUCargo may also offer substitute services at its own discretion.
A shipping adjustment may occur when an inaccurate shipping label is generated due to incorrect shipping information. This requires the shipping carrier to make adjustments to ensure the package reaches its intended destination and the accurate shipping costs are paid. The final price for a package is determined by the bill from the carriers. In such cases, we will either credit your account balance or charge an additional fee to your payment method, depending on the carrier’s bill and the necessary adjustments made.
CARRIERS SERVICE REGULATION
UUCargo provides shipping services, and as a user, you are required to adhere strictly to the terms and regulations set forth by the service providers, including USP, FedEx, Canada Post, Canpar Express, and Purolator. Any fines resulting from violations of the carrier’s regulations will be your responsibility and any outstanding amounts must be paid within 7 days. Please note that UUCargo will not provide the original invoice due to the sensitive information contained therein. Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in legal action pursued by UUCargo.
Refunds for unused postage can be requested through UUCargo, but the availability of such refunds is subject to the policies of the respective Carrier. If a Carrier declines to issue a refund, UUCargo will not be responsible for reimbursing any postage fees paid to that Carrier. UUCargo may, at its discretion, issue refunds for additional fees paid, apart from the Carrier’s postage fees. Refunds, if approved, will be processed no earlier than 30 calendar days after the order date.
You may request a refund of unused postage through UUCargo, but such refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable Carrier. Users must cancel their order within the specified time period as determined by the integrated carriers of the order. It is important to refer to the information provided on each carrier’s official website for specific details. UUCargo retains the authority to decline any requests to cancel an order that surpasses the designated time periods established by the integrated carriers. UUCargo assumes no responsibility for providing refunds or reimbursements for any attempts to cancel an order after the specified time periods outlined by the integrated carriers. Additionally, UUCargo is not liable for any financial or legal losses claimed by the user beyond the designated time periods set by the integrated carriers.
Please be aware that any local customs charges, import taxes, duties fees, or similar charges arising from the carriage and delivery of shipments are your responsibility. You are required to determine whether such charges will apply and their amounts before placing an order with us. If any of these charges are incurred and charged to us by the relevant authority, you agree to fully reimburse us within 30 calendar days of our request.
ACCOUNT SERVICES/CANCELLATION/TERMINATION
UUCargo retains the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of inactivity, non-payment, or violation of the Terms. By default, all UUCargo user accounts remain active indefinitely unless terminated by the user.
If UUCargo users wish to terminate their account, they must submit a request to info@uucargo.ca for processing. Upon request, the account termination process will be initiated, and any remaining balance in the account will be refunded to the user within 20 business days, after settling all outstanding bills. A summary of the account termination process, along with relevant account details, will be sent to the user’s email upon completion of the account termination.
Alternatively, if UUCargo users wish to withdraw their remaining account balance without terminating their account, they must submit a request to info@uucargo.ca for processing. The balance withdrawal request will be processed and completed within 20 business days, and the user will receive their remaining account balance in full.
By accessing and using UUCargo and its associated partners and companies, all visitors and users agree to abide by the current Terms of Use. UUCargo reserves the full right to suspend or terminate the usage of UUCargo at any time without prior notice. UUCargo also retains the authority to terminate user accounts in cases of violation of the Terms of Use. You acknowledge that account termination will result in the resolution of any associated issues, including the loss of data, and UUCargo will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or other consequences related to your account. Under the Terms of Use, UUCargo assumes no liability whatsoever.
UUCARGO SERVICES PAYMENT METHOD
UUCargo currently accepts major credit cards, email transfer, and WeChat Pay as acceptable payment methods. However, please note that acceptable payment methods are subject to change at any time. It is important to provide accurate information, such as the address and phone number associated with your payment method, when using our services to avoid any delays in establishing service. Rest assured that all information provided, including credit card and/or bank account details, will be treated in accordance with UUCargo’s Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you authorize us to charge your credit card for any amounts due under these Terms. In cases where the dimensions and/or weight of your package are incorrectly described, the bill from the carriers determines the final price for a package. We will return credit to your account balance or charge an additional fee from your payment method depending on the bill.
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment information and prevent unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, or disclosure. In some cases, we may engage a third-party secure payment transaction facility to process your online payments, and we will not receive your payment information directly. If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, UUCargo or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item fee, rejection fee, or insufficient funds fee. If we are unable to charge the payment method you provide, you agree to pay all amounts due on your outstanding invoice(s) upon demand. UUCargo may also process any such payment as an electronic payment to recover the owed amount.
For billing purposes, UUCargo’s service fee and any applicable fees, including postage or shipping fees (if applicable), will be automatically charged to the account holder’s credit card, or collected via direct account withdrawal from the account holder’s bank account. UUCargo will send the relevant invoice to the user disclosing any charge details. By accepting these Terms, you authorize UUCargo to charge the full amount stated in the invoice to the payment method you have provided in your account information. Please note that the billing entity for certain services provided by UUCargo may be an affiliate or partner, and by using our services, you consent to such billing arrangements, including any changes to the billing entity over time. Additionally, users have the option to top up their UUCargo account for added convenience.
UUCARGO API SERVICE
By accessing the UUCargo API or utilizing third-party products that connect to UUCargo’s data through the API, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. UUCargo holds the right, at its discretion, to provide Customers with API access. You acknowledge that UUCargo will not be held responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or intangible losses, resulting from your use of the API or third-party products accessing data via the API. It’s essential to understand that excessive or abusive requests to UUCargo through the API may result in the suspension of your account’s API access, either temporarily or permanently, as determined solely by UUCargo. UUCargo also reserves the right to modify or discontinue API access, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes or notifications pertaining to API access.
SHIPPING RESTRICTED ITEMS
UUCargo has certain restrictions on items that can be shipped through its services. It is important to adhere to these restrictions to ensure compliance with legal regulations and to maintain the safety and integrity of our shipping operations. The following items are restricted from shipping through UUCargo:
(1) Hazardous Materials: UUCargo does not allow the shipping of hazardous materials, including flammable, explosive, corrosive, or toxic substances. This includes items such as aerosols, fuels, batteries, firearms, and certain chemicals.
(2) Perishable Goods: UUCargo does not permit the shipping of perishable goods that require temperature control, such as fresh food items, frozen products, or items that can spoil or decay during transit.
(3) Illegal Items: UUCargo strictly prohibits the shipping of any illegal items, including but not limited to drugs, narcotics, counterfeit goods, stolen items, and any other goods that violate local, national, or international laws.

UUCargo and its licensors or suppliers make no representations or warranties regarding any content accessed through the services, and we will not be held responsible or liable for (i) the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or appropriateness of material accessed through the services, (ii) any failure or delay in purchasing postage or delivering shipments, including any issues arising from the use or inability to use any part of the services, or (iii) the performance or non-performance of Carriers or any other providers of postage or delivery services arranged through the services. UUCargo and its licensors and suppliers do not provide any representations or warranties regarding suggestions or recommendations of services or products offered or obtained through the services. Any products or services obtained or offered, whether or not following such suggestions or recommendations, are provided on an “AS IS” basis without any warranty of any kind from UUCargo or others (unless expressly provided in writing by a designated third party for a specific product).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UUCargo (or its licensors or suppliers) shall not be liable to you or any other person for (A) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, the accuracy of results, computer failure or malfunction, or (B) any amount exceeding either (I) $100 or (II) the total amount you paid UUCargo for the service within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, (C) any act, omission, or error of the carrier, or (D) any matter beyond our reasonable control. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold UUCargo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and administrative fees, arising from: (i) your use of and access to the UUCargo website, services, and software; (ii) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to copyright, property, or privacy rights; or (iv) any claim that your submissions have caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the UUCargo website.
COPYRIGHT
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, your rights, or obligations under these Terms, or your UUCargo account, without prior written consent from UUCargo. However, UUCargo may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms, as well as its rights and obligations, without requiring consent from you.
ARBITRATION
These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in English, in accordance with the arbitration rules and procedures of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, who shall be selected from the appropriate list of BCICAC arbitrators in accordance with such rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by such arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing obligation to arbitrate disputes, each party shall have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief at any time from any court of competent jurisdiction. For all purposes of this agreement, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND UUCARGO ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions are the exclusive property of UUCargo and are intended for use solely on the official UUCargo website. Users are strictly prohibited from using any omission of information as a basis for waiving orders or making claims. Users of UUCargo are considered independent contractors and do not establish partnerships with one another. The Terms of Use may not be shared, utilized, reproduced, or transmitted to third parties without the prior written consent of UUCargo. UUCargo reserves the right to disclose and modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notification. All logos, sections, images, and other trademarks featured in these Terms of Use are the sole property of UUCargo and are strictly prohibited from being shared or utilized on external websites or by other users unless explicit written consent is obtained from UUCargo in advance.
